What this Scrum training covers
Start with the Scrum foundations: empiricism, the three pillars, the five events and the three artifacts, framed the way the 2020 Scrum Guide frames them. That part is the same whatever your role.
From there the training splits by accountability. Scrum Masters work through coaching, impediments and protecting the Sprint. Why most Scrum Master training fails
