Align entire engineering departments on how Agile actually runs at your company
Off-the-shelf Scrum training assumes a textbook DoD. Scrumling for Enterprise runs your team through scenarios calibrated to your actual definition of done, your escalation paths, and your release cadence.
We ingest your DoD, sprint anti-patterns, and escalation matrix, the AI generates simulations your engineers recognize.
SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, and department-scoped admin. IT signs off in a week.
Push modules into Cornerstone, Docebo, SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning.
Book a Facilitated Simulation Workshop
Your teams run the Scrumling simulation sandbox live, in the same session, on scenarios rebuilt from your product's actual sprint history. A Scrumling facilitator then leads a real-time debrief on the decisions they made. Half-day, full-day, or a multi-session cohort sprint. Follow-up scorecards for every engineer, and pilot pricing for 25 to 500 seat engagements.
Teams play the scenarios in browser, no install, no prep reading.
The facilitator walks the team through what they actually chose and why.
Each engineer keeps a decision scorecard; managers get a squad rollup.
This is not a self-paced course licence and not a multi-week classroom bootcamp.
What's included in an enterprise engagement
- Discovery workshop with your Agile coaches to codify your DoD
- Custom AI-generated scenarios (10-30 per department)
- SSO / SCIM provisioning and admin dashboards
- SCORM 1.2 / 2004 export or direct LMS API push
- Manager rollup dashboards per squad, tribe, or business unit
- Dedicated success manager for the length of the pilot
Assessment security and integrity
Scores cannot be gamed by retaking a quiz until the pattern sticks. Here is exactly what stops it.
- Server-seeded randomisation
Every attempt draws a fresh candidate-specific seed, so no two sittings present the same question order.
- ID-keyed answer mapping
Option positions are reshuffled on every attempt and answers are stored against stable question IDs, so memorising "the third one" is worthless.
- Server-side grading
The browser never decides the score. Answers are graded against the canonical key on our servers, so a tampered client cannot forge a pass.
- Signed, time-boxed exam tickets
Verified exams start server-side and carry an HMAC-signed ticket with a 15-minute window. The clock cannot be edited, paused, or replayed.
- Isolated candidate performance logs
Each candidate assessment runs on a single-use token with its own isolated result record. Links cannot be shared, reused, or reissued after submission.
- Attempt history on the record
Every attempt is logged and the credential shows the passing sitting, so repeat attempts are visible rather than hidden.
