Refund and cancellation policy

  • Team Workspace: annual billing. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the billing year. No prorated refunds once the workspace is used in any form.
  • Candidate Screening Pack: 10 tests per pack. Once any test is consumed, the pack is non-refundable.
  • Verified Certificate Bundle: one-time lifetime unlock. Non-refundable once any verified exam is attempted.
  • Payments are handled through Stripe with full tax compliance in the buyer's country where supported.
